”We had a lovely stay at the Charles Pacific Grove property. The staff was very friendly and room was nicely decorated. The inn is very quaint with a nice sitting area to meet other guests. The breakfast was very tasty with fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. We look forward to coming back soon!”

”The entire staff feom the valet, the bell hops, the front desk, the restaurant servers and bartenders, and the spa were absolutely on point and excellent at what they do!”

”We had a two bedroom room, and both beds were comfortable! Nice sitting area. Tv in all 3 rooms. Small kitchen! Parking in front of the room. Well maintained outside. Really nice stay! ”

”Toilet flooded. Lady wanted to be cheap and not call a plumber. I tried to unclog it may attempts, and I told her it still needed to look at a plumber. To solve problem. Never staying here again!!! It's a shame, even if is a nice location and place l, that experience sucked!”

The windows and patio faced residential homes, and the area was very quiet, which we appreciated. There were some operational and maintenance issues. The televisions were difficult to use, as the channels could not be changed easily. The manager on duty replaced a missing...

”Staff that was there at the time was very nice and helpful. The rooms are subpar. Beds and pillows definitely need updating. Was noisy throughout the night from the traffic. They charge for parking which I feel is ridiculous if you're staying at the hotel. Im usually not that picky, but we won't be going back.”

”You can hear airplanes and garbage truck (?) on a nightly basis plus someone is playing the horn in distance at 10 PM and 7 AM. I don’t know what’s going on with that. Breakfast a solid 6/10. The things they do have at breakfast are all OK but for example, there’s nothing to put on the toast besides butter and jam. There’s a very nice gas operated fireplace in the room, which is a big plus. We had a junior suite which was very roomy and also the bathroom is very spacious.”
