”The hotel has no official parking. They direct you to a public parking garage that charges over $20 to park in. Insane that a hotel charging close to $300 for a room doesn’t have their own parking. ”Hotel was situated in a good stop. Close drive to Robert Treman State Park. You can walk to Buttermilk State Park. Close drive to Watkins Glen Falls State Park. Close to Cornell Botanical Gardens and Ithaca town. Rooms were clean, staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. Just thought it was silly that they charged $4.17 plus tax for parking. Overall my stay was good.”

”Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very poor. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed and underneath the furniture, which severely triggered my allergies. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. There was mold in the grout lines and around the edges of the bathroom door. Overall, the level of cleanliness was very disappointing and did not meet basic expectations. I hope these issues will be addressed for future guests.”

”This is one of those local places that offered exactly what I needed for a fantastic price. In fact, the standard king size bed was a wonderful plus for me. The room was comfortable, welcoming and perfect. The staff member I spoke to the most was just so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really a nice continental breakfast with coffee offering and was consistently good. I will recommend this to others who may travel that way. ”I've stayed here a number of times and things were as I remembered. When looking to extend my stay, I found $450 to be over the top so went to another hotel.”

I meet a few of the family members and they were friendly, helpful and a great to talk to. There are 2 historic homes beside each other in a quiet neighborhood. The grounds behind the homes are well maintained with birds and deer in the mornings.”

”The most disgusting and dirtiest place I’ve stayed. It should be reported to the department of health. If they offer breakfast, DO NOT eat, God knows the state of the food and kitchen. Room #1 had a powerful smell of urine, the tv did not work, the air conditioner stuck on one setting. Room #2 when I asked to be moved smelled less like urine, but now added cigarettes.
