”An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

”Doormen and valet is amazing, they know what they're doing!! Check-in and check-out was a little clunky. Almost like it was their first time. Just had a weird vibe. Also the fire alarm went off at around 6am. No staff communication, no mention of it during check-out. Maybe it's normal to the staff but it wasn't normal to me. Overall, a 4 star stay at a very expensive downtown hotel. I'd try another hotel downtown before I booked here again.”

”We will stay here every time we are in Denver moving forward and would recommend it 100%. All the amazing history without a sacrifice for comfort and privacy. The hotel is fully booked while we were there and we never heard anyone else at night. The two-person copper tub. Epic.”

”The stay at Patterson Inn was all that I wanted. Lovely staff, tasty breakfast, adorable rooms, cookies in the afternoon, nice complimentary wine in the evening and to meet other quest. Will stay here if ever in Denver again! Thank you! ”

”The hotel features great decor and architecture but this was undermined by a poor experience. The hotel does not have a proper events venue so it uses the restaurant to host weddings and other private events that deny access to the guests of the hotel. Hotel guests should be a priority for this type of hotel and unfortunately that is not the case. We were asked to walk to another restaurant for restaurant service and directed to eat snacks from the minibar instead. During our stay there were...

”We stay there a few times a year. We love the views, the breakfast, the rooftop pool and spa in the snow, the people are great, location could not be better.”

”Great Hotel and excellent location. The free drink hour at the bar was nice touch and good way to get travelling tips from other travellers. Only complaint that I have for the hotel is that the walls are paperthin and you can hear noise from the corridors”

”Great place to stay for the Morgan Wallen concert with only a 20 minute walk to the venue, Staff was super helpful, hot tub was great and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had. Great stay in Denver!”

”This hotel is so cool. Such a different experience than you get with other places. We stayed in the love loft and it was wonderful. The parking was easy (and free!) and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe. My only complaints are that it was a little warm inside, the ice machine in the lounge never had ice, and the bathroom door was kind of hard to maneuver. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect stay. I will definitely stay here in the future.”
