”We were going to the BTS concert I had to check in earlier. Although we couldn’t check in, they kept our baggage. We didn’t have to wait to collect than five minutes when we came back. It was easy. We got our keys and went up to our room. The only complaint I had was we had a sweet and we needed bedding for the pullout couch. I took an hour for them to bring that and when they did, they forgot the sheets..”

”could have used the dinner/hot tub to be open later. Was not told about the options in the pantry next to the desk, saw in the morning upon leaving that having a sandwich was an option or a salad. Would have been nice after a long day of driving/sightseeing”

”Hotel is very nice! Rooms are spacious, full kitchen, clean and fresh. I would stay here again. The AC was weird where it wouldnt turn off properly. You click off and then 15 mins later it would turn back on on the default cold setting. I aomehow got it to stay off at night but at mornings at 8.30 am it would start pushing cold air”

”This is a very budget motel that is basically no more than a bed and bathroom. It's clean, but there are signs of aging everywhere from the toilet, shower, curtains, bedding, furniture. The room had a very large new TV. Check in was fine, but the lady was more interested in her phone call than in answering any of my easy questions about check out and breakfast. Breakfast was ok, mostly packaged breads, halfway decent coffee - served European style on a small buffet in the lobby room. Lots...

”When we checked it turns out they gave us a nice room but not the specific one that I booked which was one of the most expensive rooms. When I brought this up they blamed Expedia and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Expedia blamed the property. Don’t know who to believe . Probably won’t be staying there again”
