”check in and check out was a breeze. The suites were big, very beautiful and recently built. We went off season, so it wasn’t crowded in town or in RMNP. It was a perfect spot to rest close to town. It isn’t remote or wooded, but it is very accessible. ”

”The room was very nice and very clean. We were there in February so did not use the pool or any amenities. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Popcorn in the afternoon and fire pit for s’mores in the evening. I would stay again. ”

”This property is absolutely beautiful. Make sure you stay in the two bedroom via, it overlooks the river - it also has a bubble bath/Jacuzzi. Absolutely, breathtaking, massive very spacious and open. Let me tell you, the staff there is also incredible. The woman that checks you in and takes care of the front reception area is such a delight, we were amazed at how sweet and helpful she was with recommendations for local places. The place that we rented was spotless absolutely clean and beautiful....

”We have stayed here multiple times and loved it in the past. But they definitely seemed to be having less and less amenities and care about their clients. You can't even get a bottle of water or anything to drink if you need something to drink anywhere on the property. The front desk staff could care less about the questions that I was asking them and was getting like short one word answers from two different staff members on two different days it was like I was bothering them by asking them...

”Bathtub was clogged. Would not drain. Hair dryer broken. And heat bulb in bathroom didn’t work. Got in late and found out on our early start. Was pressed for time to check out before sunrise so no chance to have rectified. When I informed the front desk at checking out, they just said “OK got it.” That’s it, no “I’m sorry about that” or apology or anything. Also, breakfast should start earlier than 7 since many people head out early. ”
