âFriendly staff, unbeatable location.. dropped in off the coast path from Mullion.. room had everything needed and window open for the sound of the sea. Great breakfast and excellent nights sleep. Thanks â

âWe had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and have yet to hear back from a Manager regarding the numerous complaints we had with the service experienced.
To begin with, I will note the positives:
Clean room
Friendly staff
Beautiful views
Now the negatives:
Upon checking into our room at 7pm (following a telephone conversation had earlier in the morning regarding our children and dog joining us) we discovered that the extra beds were not in our room ready for our children to sleep on....

âBeautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didnât have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it!
Another highlight is the hotelâs own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out...

âLoved our stay. Food was amazing but the service in the evening in the bistro was very very very slow. 30 minutes to get our first cocktail and 1 hour for our first course. Was not crowded đłâ

âRoom was beautifully decorated sofa was so comfy . Amazing attentive staff so helpull and informative. Especially the lady on reception in the swimming pool . Food was excellent.
