”The hotel was really beautiful. But when we arrived the hotel said, Expedia booked the city view but I actually ordered a garden view from Expedia which was more expensive online. They couldn’t give us the garden view coz it wasn’t anymore available. That was a failure in Expedia’s duty. I was quite disappointed with Expedia. Hotel tried to make up by offering a lower rate since we decided to stay longer. Expedia people did not do a Good Job! ”

”We loved our stay at Hotel Grande. It has a dedicated parking garage for guests (two-level basement) as well as an elevator for ease of transporting luggages. Breakfast buffet is tasty and has a very good mix of Filipino (danggit, ube-flavored ensaymada, etc) and International food. The staff do seem to be more aloof than most of the staff at other Philippine hotels we've stayed at - they're not the type to jump up and greet you every single time they see you - which is good because it made...

”The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage it’s a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff won’t help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for...
