”I loved everything about this hotel😭”

”First the good stuff, it’s very clean and has friendly staff. However, for the price, it’s not worth it. The beds are extremely uncomfortable & older. We asked for no feather bedding/pillows due to allergies when we booked(2 months in advance & received a message confirming), when we checked in right at 3pm they advised us they didn’t have a room without feathers ready so we had to wait. They did give us a late check out for the trouble, but when we got to the room both beds had feather pillows....

”A wonderful surprise during a two night business trip to Philly. Beautiful property tucked away in a central location, friendly staff, great rooms, and excellent gym / amenities. Can’t recommend it enough.”

”Always nice to stay at this property when visiting my Penn student. The bed was super comfortable but the bathroom was a little shabby this time. Also didn’t have cash for valet tip and asked the front desk if there was a cash machine. It was down due to building maintenance. She didn’t inform me the valets can accept Venmo. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to tip!”

”Very comfortable. Large rooms. Great bed. Rooms a bit dark and prefer hotels with staff on site but this was very pleasant and staff very accommodating.”

”The property is on a convenient location. It’s was fairly clean however there was mold in the shower (small amount). Also be advised there is no tv in the room so bring your own devices.”

”Element Philadelphia Downtown に6泊しました。清潔な居心地の良い客室や、バラエティ豊富な朝食も非常にすばらしかったです。しかしそれ以上に印象的な出来事がありました。片方の靴底がはがれてしまい困っていた時、ホテルのスタッフに接着剤を購入できる場所を相談したところ15分くらいかかる店で買えるという返事でした。買ってきてくれるとのことだったので後で払うのでお願いしますとお願いしたところ、購入代金は不要との返事でした。その場で接着しアメリカの広い空港内の離発着ゲートの間を長時間歩く間、修理した靴底は持ち、無事日本に帰宅できました。本当にありがとうございました。”
