”Hotel was really nice and all the service was polite. Except when I made my check out. The person did not look me in to the eyes when returned the key, and she looked angry for some reason. I wanted to tell how much I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, but didn’t because she looked so angry. I did not take it personally and I want to think that she was sad that I was leaving.
