”The girl on the reception desk on arrival was excellent, check in was easy and quick. The lady in the breakfast room in the morning was also excellent, friendly and helpful, served a nice breakfast. ”

”The room was set at 25C upon my arrival at 9pm, it was very uncomfortable. I adjusted the thermostat, after some time I realized the fan wouldn’t respond and the room was still at 25C. An employee had to come fix the system with a controller since it was broken. The room stayed warm and he had to come back an hour later. Worst night in a hotel ever! It was very uncomfortable because of the heat and very uncomfortable to have an employee come in twice during the night to adjust the heating...
