”We checked in around 5:00 PM after a long day of traveling and were told our room wasn't ready yet, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to unpacking and relaxing. Once we got into the room, there was a noticeable odor. For a pet-friendly room, the carpet didn't seem like the best choice.
