”Clean room, staff and amenities all stood out. There was a draft that came from the windows but the temperature of the room was very comfortable. The history and renovations of the building were impressive! The location was also great! Walked to a local restaurant (The Hops Spot) that did not disappoint. Close enough that we walked even though it was in true Syarcuse form it was snowy and blowy out! Unfortunately our stay was for medical purposes. We left the hotel at 6:30 am the...

”Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. ”
