”Im a coffee snob so I really didnt like the coffee. The selections at the coffee bar like ready food was a bit stale specifically the cinnamon roll. I was there for 4 nights and it didnt look like fresh things were available. The Hotels play room was a win win I enjoyed this spot very much. We were there staying in 4 rooms and we would frequently stay in the play area with the grandchildren We really did have a great time ”

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
