âLuxuroius hotel but poor service. The room is not what it promises to be. Little disappointment on that. The expectations were higher but the experience was not so bad after all. Tthe restaurants and the pool area were the best things in the hotel. â

âGreat hotel for a family vacation. Kids club was amazing, our kids really enjoyed spending time there. Thanks Sarah, Aleli and Joy! Also pools very suitable for kids with lots of different depths. Also enjoyed the paddle court and oter activities.â
