”Clean quiet and great location”

”We were in Fredericton for a graduation. The location was perfect to everything, beautiful walking trail right outside of the building. Every day we had a personal check in from the management to make sure we had everything we needed and would fill up our coffee or anything we needed. Parking was right outside the building, very accessible. The check in and out was easy and convenient. Will definitely stay there again.”

”The hotel smells like chemicals from strong cleaners. Room matches pictures but very small. It is under renovations, one elevator, rooms feel old. Bed uncomfortable. I woke up tired. It was confident only.”

”Room was filthy thermostat was hanging off the wall., was eventually given a new room and what’s that room the TV kept freezing up, I cannot load the pictures in here, I have of the first room, that room was unacceptable. I should never have been given that room in the first place make sure you think the amount of dust that was on that lamp. How clean was the bed that I slept on?”

”When I checked in, I asked that my Best Western rewards number be registered and was told because I used Expedia, I couldn't earn points. That was quickly corrected by the manager. I like a clean room and a bathroom I can turn around in, and that's what I got. I loved the pillows, enough to want some for my home. There was a connecting door to the next room, and no lock on it. That was surprising. I had my own lock and used it to secure my space. Breakfast was not spectacular. The cheese...

”Stayed one night during a long drive. Restaurants nearby are very limited. The room I booked is non smoking and yet I still could smell cigarettes probably coming out from exhaust vent.”

”I arrived past midnight and managed to check in well even though the process took a while. I got a top floor room which was spacious. Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and this was not a nice suprise after 52hrs of travel and just wanting to sleep. Additionally, the next morning when I picked up dropped shampoo from the floor I found a random pill behind the sink counter. In general, the cleanliness could therefore be greatly improved. ”

”Nice breakfast included. Pool, hot tub and sauna were nice, but everything is a little worn and aged. But it meet expectation and value based price point. So fully acceptable for the price.”

”Definitely not the 8.2 qualification I saw on Expedia. Barely a decent motor inn. Very basic breakfast (i.e,: milk bag jug!?) Mosquitos in the room.”
