”The front desk staff was wonderful in helping us resolve 3 problems - one was with our reservation; then they called to say we had left a cane in the room. It was one of our hiking canes. They have gone over and above helping us have an enjoyable stay, for which we are very thankful, especially since we were stressed because a family member was in hospital. ”
”Loved the hotel. It was nicely renovated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is so-so. Location is fantastic. Short walk to Riverfront Park and the mall, which is good. Must pass many homeless or drug addicts on the way to get there though. They seemed harmless, but one can never know. ”
