”There’s no sofa in the room; only a lounge chair and a desk chair. I’ve been staying with my son for two nights. My son sat on the lounge chair, and I used the desk chair. It was very uncomfortable. It was my first time staying in a hotel room without a sofa. Also, there was not a curtains for sleeping at the window. Good thing, you can wake up early.”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. Add juice variety, something...

”The corner suite was gorgeous and had a beautiful view of the city and water. I especially enjoyed the rainfall shower. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all professional and courteous. The atmosphere wasn’t inviting, and the steam room was completely unusable—it smelled like mildew and old socks. I did inform the staff, so hopefully it will be...
