”The staff was great. The room was clean. However… the toilet ran and the sink was clogged. When maintenance came, they must’ve thought the toilet was clogged because I could tell they had plunged it and left a mess behind doing so. They unclogged the sink and left the snake on the floor for me to pick up.”

”Clean rooms, large for a big family (expanded double queen room sleeps 6 comfortably). Two TVs in the space, kids don't argue! Staff were pleasant and checl-in was easy. There was a large outdoor event happening when we arrived, which was loud in our room (we faced the event), but it ended right when the staff said it would, right around 9 pm. Quiet building overnight, air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was included - pancake maker broken, but sausage, eggs, hash browns and French toast,...

”Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.”

”Hotel was great. I prefer no carpet but that’s okay. It is tornado season but I had no idea where the storm shelter was or even what I should do. Breakfast was very nice. I wish they had evening snacks Monday-Thursday instead of Monday-Wednesday. I found it odd when they asked me if I need housekeeping services. They only clean every other day if requested. I placed my trash in the hall each day. Overall a great place.”

”Basic room at a good rate. The property could use some TLC and updating (esp the shower for the latter), but it was fine for our 1 night stay. It was about a mile walk to the concert venue and not much along the way. The front desk gentleman was very nice and the beds were comfortable. A few of the electric outlets were useless. I would stay again if the closer, more central properties were not available. ”

”Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds.
