”The desk clerk and the cleaning staff are very polite and attentive when I needed some extra towels or something they were right there they answered my questions. There was always fresh coffee and the lobby the only thing would suggest, is possibly having some fruit or maybe bacon or sausage or some kind of breakfast meat for the breakfast. And perhaps a vending machine on each floor. Otherwise everything was great peace and quiet clean. Will definitely plan to go back sometime”
”Few days ago I paid $210/night plus $50 valet parking in a “fancy” hotel in Indianapolis, what a waste of money. For $63 in American Motor Inn I got the same bed size and comfort and much better sleep. The location is safe, quiet and they have parking. The young man at the reception is kind and friendly. Great customer service. Rock Island is a very beautiful place and in few minutes drive you can visit Davenport, Iowa. We’re definitely recommend this motel and we’re planning on coming back...
”the grounds were terrible and overgrown. the room had holes in the wall. there were broken light fixtures. the shower had lots of mold growing in it. the shower wall was rotted. there was a coffee pot but no coffee or tea. we were there 2 nights and they did not make the beds or clean the room after the 1st night. the pillows had no cases. I am handicapped but was forced to walk nearly the entire length of the property to get to my room.
