”This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic. ”The sheets were dirty, and when I went to go ask, they gave me a set of clean sheets for me to do my own bed, so I told her either to refund me the money for me to do my own bed or to give me a different room. Finally, she gave me another room. & the sheets were all stained. Also not good. in the bathroom. There was a used soap. I don’t know if they even clean their rooms or not.”

I was put in a Hearing assist room for whatever reason I'm not sure. There were flashing lights all night long which made it hard for me to sleep. My biggest problem was at check in.
