”Joshua was very helpful on reception, the hotel is old but quiet and peaceful, food is expensive, better to go to KL Gateway mall and eat, the price is good for a 5 star hotel, I would definitely stay again. Location is ok, you can get the Kelana Jaya LRT line from Sentral and get off at Universiti station which takes you to KL gateway mall, then cross the road to the hotel (not with luggage, better use grab car from station). I would give an overall score of 3/5.”

”Was a location close to where I needed to be. Check-in (after hours) was a bit clumsy. But otherwise pleasant stay, nice homely apartment, and they were able to deliver a basic breakfast in the early morning so that I could catch my early flight.”

”Decent place to sleep and wash up. Staff is very friendly, room is small but value for money. There's a working table and window in my room, which is important for me. Quiet neighborhood, not much food outlet and no convenience store. There's a mall across the highway, not so convenient to cross. Housekeeping only on request. Have to walk up some steps to reach the elevator. Not wheelchair friendly.”
