”Check in was fast and easy, the parking lot well lit and safe, the coffee and breakfast fresh, the room well laid out, clean and comfortable. The condition of the furnishings and linens top notch, what a comfy bed and pillows! I will be back nexr year!”

”The walls and doors are very thin, you can hear everything in the halls and neighbors. Everything was okay- there are barely any outlets to plug in devices ”

”I had to call the police on them. They refused to give me my room key even though I paid the deposit paid for the room and everything. They are very rude and disrespectful. My mom would come over in the morning just to say hi and they would be like you’re not allowed to have any gift on the property or are you paying for that person? Just very rude and disrespectful no good customer service from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. ”

”It is definitely a get what you pay for hotel. Random stuff in the room was falling apart like the dresser, the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, you only get two flat pillows per bed. We spilled some water on the ground and used our hotel towels to soak it up and when we picked the towels back up, they were completely brown. The location is nice because of how close to everything it is. Internet doesn’t like to connect sometimes and will also tell you that you have too many devices on it....

”The property cancelled my reservation without even notifying me! I had to stay with friends due to not being able to book another hotel in the area because of high demand.”

”Staff were nice upon arrival. Room was as expected. In room no USB ports or lamp plug ins for cellphone. Also one of the bed lamps did not have a bulb in them. Brought my fire stick couldn't use outlet was too far away. Very conveniently located by the freeway and gas stations. Not far from grocery stores. ”

”Rooms were dirty stains on the ceiling from a previous water leak towels were dinghy vending machines didn't work every room was a smoking room and had to pay $100 deposit television didn't work in one of the 3 rooms I booked ”

”The beds seemed clean and the pillows were fluffy. Those were the only good things. There was hair in my shower. A lot of hair. One of the folded towels had hair dangling from it. There were what I think were garlic skins in the fridge. There was a dusty broken fork on the floor. Everything was scuffed and dirty. My friends room the microwave was busted off the wall and the sink pipes weren’t connected (he told the front desk, they didn’t fix it). The fitness center had water dripping from the...

”Our room was really nice and accommodated the space for 5 of us!! I love having the kitchenette in the room for all the food we have to travel with for the 2 Littles. ”
