”Hotel and suite were nice. Bathroom cleaning needs improvement. The front desk lady is in the wrong position, she was very mean and lack courtesy. I didn't understand her instructions on how to get to the room and when repeating herself she rolled her eyes and changed her tone of voice. She is not the right person to be in contact with guess, cleaning toilets might fit her better.”

”Everything was excellent. We were right in front of the ball park where our World Series was being held. Very convenient. The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was really good. Very much enjoyed our stay❤️”

”The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious. We initially reserved a room with the bunkbed, which was very nice. It was a bit dusty, but nice. There was a major issue with the water pressure in the entire hotel. Many guest complained about this. The water in the bath room shower started trickling on our first night by the second night it was almost nonexistent. Couple that with not having any hot water. We complained to the front desk staff and were moved to another room with...

”This property was great for families. There are 2 pools, however the main one wasn’t as clean as the other. The room was good, however it would be better without the dated carpet. The free coffee on each floor was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly.”

”Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff is not. We came early to try to check in and were told to come back in two hours. We came back and were told it’d be another hour. The staff appeared to not want to help, asking for extra towels was a task. The entire building smells mildew/musty. The facility is very worn and needs updates.”

”I wasn’t expecting 5 star since it was an extended stay. However, it was over 100 a night so I expected a basic level of cleanliness. Appliances are rusty. Strong mildew smell. Someone shaved their public area in the shower and left plenty of evidence. No toiletries other than paper and a tiny bar of soap. 4 nights-no housekeeping service. I left out early in the mornings 4am. Several random people wondering around outside at that time. There is a Walmart close by so I got cleaning supplies...

”The room was damp with an odor. The shower curtain was outside of the tub by several inches so water got on the floor. The staff were very helpful but the facility wasn't great.”
