”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that.
Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

”The elevator was broken during my visit. My room was originally on the 2nd floor, but it hadn’t been cleaned before my very late check in at 10:30p. They had a clean room available, but it was on the 5th floor.
The Direct TV cable wasn’t working on the front desk said to switch inputs. That didn’t work. I was also told to use the free WiFi… but that required a password after selecting and it was not provided

”The Line is an excellent hotel in a wonderful area. Great customer service. Especially liked the happy hour and the cab service. It is a pet friendly hotel with great wifi in the lobby and comfortable seating. Our only complaint here is that dogs should NOT be allowed to sit/lay on the couches! Yuck.”

”The room was fine, certainly met expectations in this price range. Very good fitness center with many machines. The one main issue that brings the score down was the elevators. There are too few for the size of the place, and some didn't seem to always be working; there were several times when I had to wait 5 minutes, or just take the stairs to avoid waiting.”
