”Hotel is located 45 min walk from city center. Taxi takes you to the airport in 20 min. If you have a car, there is a free parking at the hotel. Reception had always nice welcoming service. The lobby and its restaurant is spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was an extra cost but it was nice. The service at breakfast was great among cooks but waiters were a bit impolite (no service). The breakfast included eggs the way you like, sausages and local dishes, different breads, cheese, ham, fruits,...

Although we couldn’t do the wine tasting due to a wedding event, we didn’t feel like we missed a thing thanks to the warm and thoughtful hospitality we received. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast time to catch our flight, but the staff made sure we didn’t leave hungry and kindly let us enjoy a lovely breakfast with everything that was already prepared. "Good apartment in great location.walking distance from the centre. The pool is clean and nice. We arrived at night and there were excellent instructions on how to find the apartment. Easy to communicate with the owners. I really recommend their trip to the Millenium cross, Matka canyon, and villa with amazing pool and view. "

Be aware that the nearby mosque's morning call to prayer at 5 AM is very loud. If you are sensitive to noise, bringing earplugs is recommended, as the hotel does not provide them.
Additionally, the hotel does not serve alcohol.

"Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli poikkeuksellisen palvelualtis, kaikki toimi nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. Hotellin sijainti basaarialueen tuntumassa oli näppärä - kaikki palvelut ja nähtävyydet oli kävelymatkan päässä. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja maukas. Huoneemme (juniorsviitti) oli tilava ja mukava. "I ordered from the hotel a taxi to airport pickup and it never showed up. I mentioned that in the reception and they offered me that have a free dinner at the hotel restaurant. I went to have a dinner and when it came to an end the waitress came and said that there was no proof that the taxi was ordered in the airport. I was shocked of this accusation calling me a liar. I had the email with me and they wanted me to send it to reception. I have never felt so bad as a customer with wide traveling experience in a five star hotels. Horrible customer service, never again."
