"The hotel has a good and pleasant overall atmosphere. The spa area is clean, and the massages are excellent. Breakfast is decent, though specialty coffees come at an additional charge. Housekeeping could be improved. The water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, the steam sauna was completely out of service, and the regular sauna heater was operating at half capacity. Be aware that the nearby mosque's morning call to prayer at 5 AM is very loud. If you are sensitive to noise, bringing earplugs is recommended, as the hotel does not provide them. Additionally, the hotel does not serve alcohol. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient. Towels, bed linens, and other amenities are of high quality. Wi-Fi is fast, and customer service is good."

"Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli poikkeuksellisen palvelualtis, kaikki toimi nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. Hotellin sijainti basaarialueen tuntumassa oli näppärä - kaikki palvelut ja nähtävyydet oli kävelymatkan päässä. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja maukas. Huoneemme (juniorsviitti) oli tilava ja mukava.
