”Everything was very nice and everyone was very friendly”

”Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good.”

The staff is exceptional, attentive, engaging, never coming across as just doing a job, but seemingly interacting proactively with guests. A whole new higher standard of service altogether. Rooms tastefully appointed with useful and functional equipment, with attention to detail.”

”Contactless check-in, key codes for entry, and texting communication made the whole process seamless and smooth. The rooms present as apartment-style, both spacious and updated with a rustic feel near the heart of downtown. It was a wonderful experience.”

”Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight.”

”The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!”

”DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options. Since I couldn’t sleep I was watching TV in living room area and it went solid black. It didn’t have sound or picture. Ask the front...
