”It was clean room but I feel like some of the staff could of did better”

”The hotel was welcoming when you walked in and the staff were very nice and helpful. We did ask to switch rooms once we checked in because the our room had a horrible pet urine odor. The next room did not smell as bad but did have a slight odor. I did not realize it was a pet friendly hotel when we checked in. And we don’t have pets and the odor was very unpleasant for us.”

”It’s clean room the air conditioner works great and has a great parking”

”Habitaciones limpias”

”Dirty, smelly, and my air was broken. No one available to fix it, room was over 80 degrees”

”Honestly I wasn’t expecting much from this place but it blew me away with the renovations. For what they charge, the room easily could have been a 4star hotel. Staff was amazing, helpful and polite. I’m not sure about the chain, but THIS location is top tier! I’d definitely stay there again!”

”I asked for an upstairs room and extra towels but did not receive either. Placed downstairs in the nightly rooms when I paid for a whole night. Brown dry substance smeared on the floor between the bed and mini fridge. 3 dingy pillows instead of 4 for King sized bed. Gaping gap under the door, a port for bugs, rodents and small animals. Decor was cute but unkept and did not smell pleasant. Smelled of smoke and some kind of oil. Suspect hidden cameras. Should be half the price that was charged....

”Clean room”

”Rooms and hallways were clean. Outside area could use some daily cleaning and maintenance. Staff was helpful ; Breakfast was good and changed up items day to day. Rooms did not have a stove or oven but hot plate was available if needed. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and plenty of different pillows. Elevators were quick. Overall, very nice hotel.”

”Location is good. Property is old. Carpet smells, and air conditioner blows out dust. My wife coughed and sneezed all through our stay.”
