”Location…Location…Location! Exceptional hotel with all the amenities. So close to everything! We parked our car on Friday afternoon and didn’t get back in it until we checked out on Monday. We will definitely stay again!”

”The staff did not care about the place. Not even at breakfast. The Hotel is a new property. But the staff run the Hotel like they do not care. The Lobby seats together with the breakfast area. And staff did not even empty the trash can from the breakfast of the morning before. I mean this Hotel will soon look like crap if they don’t change the staff or re trained them. Too bad because the location is perfect.”

”Beautiful rustic hotel right in downtown Gatlinburg. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Good parking available. And a great breakfast included. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony and two rocking chairs. The bed was nice and comfortable and the shower had good pressure and lots of heat.”

”, very pricey for such an old hotel with paper thin walls you could hear everything from the rooms on each side and outside, also the fire department was literally right behind the building so sirens all night long were not pleasant”

”We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It’s near the mountains , but close to everything. We especially enjoyed the balcony view option that faced the mountains, it was terrific. We seen several bears throughout our stay while sitting on our balcony…it was so exciting. The pool was great. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every amenity the Hotel offered. The staff were helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.”

”The room was clean , although it needs an update and spiff up . The staff was so friendly and helpful . My husband said the breakfast was good and plentiful. It seems to be a nice place to stay with kids . The location is wonderful !”

”Very nice staff with spacious rooms. Cleaning staff was excellent. Breakfast room was very small and cramped when trying to get food and coffee. Food selections weren't great and the coffee imo was not drinkable but tastes vary. Overall a pleasant stay with wonderful balcony views and sounds.”

”Location is excellent Breakfast is really bad and a joke, same stuff every single day, it should not be advertised as a hotel with breakfast Cleaning is limited, they didn’t change beds or vacuumed”

”Lot of noise between rooms and talking outside 11 pm at night. Had someone start up his motorcycle at around 11 pm, Ran it for a good 10 minutes giving it gas then left for about 15 minutes and came back but after stopping, shut it off. Otherwise it was OK.”

”The room was clean and the building was well kept. The only complaint I could have would be how humid my room was, being right next to the pool, so that's my bad really.”

”Location is ok. Short walk to downtown, quiet setting. Bed was good and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Make sure you know what level you are on. Example, Floor 1 is ground level, almost basement so view is limited. Kitchen and bathroom were small and not much storage space. Jacuzzi tub was fine... but water ran slow and took a very long time to fill halfway. For a short stay for a couple, overall value was good. Property needs to be labeled better...
