”Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. The fireplace was working that evening, but we turned it off at night and woke up around 2 AM to an overwhelming gas smell again. My husband was...

”The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly upon check in. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the heated pools inside and out. Our grandson especially loved the slide! When we asked to utilize the outdoor fire pit with rockers, a staff member came out to help immediately! So nice! The breakfast was more than expected which is always a great bonus! ”

”Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location.”
