”The property is great. Can't beat the location if you're looking for lots of commercial in walkable distance. The issue I have is I stayed there 2 weekends ago and have yet to receive my receipt. I have incidental charges of ~$270 on my credit card and have spoken to 4 different people since checking out, including the front desk and their customer service. I was told I'd receive a copy each time. The second to last time I was told it was being escalated and I'd receive in one business day....

”Smells like weed, wet feet, and stale cigarettes. Stayed a Thursday night, they didn’t have a breakfast at 8:45 am . Room was definitely big and spacious; bathroom door literally 2 inches from toilet. Not mobility issue friendly in the bathroom area at all. Bed was okay! Wasn’t filthy but it definitely wasn’t “exceptional” like the ratings say it is. Starting to think these are all lies because I ain’t got a good place yet.”

”The breakfast buffet was great, fresh fruit and berries and healthy choices - was a wonderful start to the day! Special thanks to Alma and the breakfast staff- the ladies are very busy but all the time keeping a smile on their face and very kind and attentative. I had some issues with the initial check in, but special thanks to Yusal at the reception for being super accomodating and going an extra mile with keeping me happy.
The location of the hotel is great - you can walk to restaurants and...
