”By this was a wonderful home to rent. The place was so clean. The bed was so comfortable. The little things like extremely soft towels, the TV and programming was easy to use. The neighborhood extremely quiet. I absolutely recommend this place. ”

”Dan & Michelle were very responsive. The property is beautiful, clean and located near lots of shopping, entertainment and food options. We came for the events of the season, but will be back to enjoy more of what h property offers. Although we visited with friends, the property would definitely be family accommodating. ”

”Arrived at the house 10 minutes after agreed check in time, but had not received instructions on how to access the property. The cleaning stuff was still there though and let us in. Upon entering the house a strong smell of marijuana was present. The host was quick to respond and expressed he would look into it. Unfortunately for us we had to smell it a couple days making hanging out at the house miserable. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were sufficient. Not many toiletries provided and...

”Our host was very welcoming and touched base with us a couple of times during the month to see if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was well stocked with linens and towels.This was a great place to be able to sit out in the morning and evening to relax and watch the fisherman and the wildlife. The fenced in backyard worked out well for our small dog to go in and out without us worrying about him.”

We also found cockroaches inside the home (photos attached).The surrounding neighborhood was extremely dilapidated and did not match the listing’s presentation, which raised safety and comfort concerns.Because of these issues, we had to leave early for health and safety reasons and received a...
