”I stayed here most recent in May of 2026. The reviews I read had me a bit hesitant but I’m happy to say I didn’t experience any of the negative experiences mentioned. The property manager Safiera was very hospitable and accommodating. Every inquiry I had was answered and attended to appropriately by the staff. It’s far from the beaches and tourist sites and may not have some of the other amenities other hotels offer however it is economically priced, convenient and most of all comfortable, so...

”Loved our stay! Go in the slow season so you can have the pool to yourselves. The staff at the kitchen are amazing. The Indian chefs in charge are so good. Can’t wait to come back.”

”Very nice resort, though starting to look a little worn in places. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and attentive. It is about a 20 min drive back and forth into town, so rental car is definitely helpful, unless you just plan to stay on the resort. Water taxi to Nevis comes straight to the Hyatt dock, which is nice. Only major complaint was the prices on the resort - while the room itself wasn’t terribly priced, the food, drinks and everything else for sale on site...

”The entire staff showed so much love to us as we celebrated my birthday with them. If you’re traveling here book the transfer to the hotel with the Four Seasons because there’s a warm welcome on the dock when you arrive. If I can give this place 10 stars I would! Kimisha at the pool was my favorite person!”

”We would happily give 5 stars to the staff, service, rooms, garden and pool - they are magnificent for a laid-back island holiday. What we drop the one star for is the somewhat incomplete communication. Fundamentally, this is an apartment in a 3-story building. No spa yet. On the night of arrival, the independent Yachtsman Grill closed at 6 pm without a warning. We found that out at 6.15 when we tried to go to dinner. Luckily, there is a nice Indian restaurant less than half a mile down...
