”"A little bit funky" is how I would describe Lancaster Arts Hotel. Definitely different, and all in a good way. My requirements for a stellar hotel always includes: clean, comfortable and quiet, and LAH checked all those boxes. Loved the original art work on the walls. The shrimp bisque, ordered on the recommendation of the bartender, was undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. All employees were cheerful and helpful. I look forward to staying there in the future.”

”The location is very good. The room was clean and I loved the fluffy pillows The really disgusting part was the bathtub. I was disgusted by having to shower in a bathtub with 3 or 4 inches of sitting water. My husband felt unsafe in the bathtub. The grab bar is on one corner and he couldn't hold on to it while showering.”

”The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.”

”Have stayed at this hotel multiple times, always has been great and that is why we always go back. Unfortunately, this time we have an unpleasant experience at checking. We arrive a little after 4pm and were told that our room was not ready and that they will call me when ready (no specific time frame was given). We waited in the car. After one hour, I decided to go back in and ask if it would take much longer. If the answer was yes, we would go somewhere and try to do something until I got the...

”Stayed 14 nights. First morning there was a guy across the street with a jackhammer going off at 6am. Next night kids at hotel were setting off fireworks at 11p. 2 days later the fire alarm went off at 8am, had to evacuate the room. Most nights there were lots of kids running thru the hotel. You could hear their room’s door slam shut. Often. Morning #13 the fire alarm went off again. Had to evacuate again. Breakfast was very mediocre at best.”

”The cottage was a very clean, cozy, well-decorated, and warm place with a comfy bed!. A great home away from home stay for the Christmas season. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay there again!”

”The Fulton Steamboat Inn is very unique. You'll feel as if you've been transported back in time. The service and meals at the restaurant are very good. The Inn is a short distance from most if not all of the Amish Villages. The rooms are clean,and decorated in a style typical when steamboats were popular.”
