”Everything was great besides the breakfast”

”The place is new and clean. Spacious rooms and nice layout. Perfect for family or friend groups. Easy parking. Great kitchen with all we needed. A lot of nice little touches like detergent, shampoo, dishwasher pods etc. The living room had a comfortable sofa, perfect place to relaxe and the outdoor area was also very nice. Highly recommend Hamilton Place.”

”Just want to say the hotel staff was excellent and offered top notch service. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room and balcony. There were multiple spiders covering the balcony where it was a waste of money to pay for the lakeview. We could not sit out there for a minute. The room itself I had to rid of 6 spiders, and my young daughter was scared to sleep alone in her bed. Overall, it was a pretty nice resort but fell short considering the cost we paid to stay there.”

”The location was great and was the reason we selected this motel. The property was very dated but clean. Our room had 2 queen beds, a full- sized fridge, little table and 2 chairs. It was an up north Michigan experience! The check-in instructions from Expedia said I'd receive an email before check-in. That didn't come so I called the motel directly and was told they aren't able to gain access to contact info through 3rd party sites. Check-in & check-out was very easy though.”

”The bay view was wonderful and the atmosphere was great! However, the bugs were awful. There were spiders crawling onto our beds, all over the walls and jumping ones in the bathrooms. The breakfast options were underwhelming and the main doors wouldn’t shut all the way. For the price paid, the only thing worth it was the view unfortunately. There was little staffing to ask questions, not enough lobby carts and rarely any house keeping.”

”So my family and I have been staying at Sherry tree suites for over five years. My main thing with them is that when I try to book directly with them, it’s so much more money so I had to book with Expedia this year. There’s no discount or they say there is but it’s still $100 more a night than what I got on Expedia very frustrating. I don’t feel they value their returning customers one big issue we had this year is in the past years. They’ve had standup paddle boards for the kids to use they had...
