”I stayed with my family of 10 people and 4 dogs between 3 rooms. Never traveled with dogs so I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel. The standard rooms are a little small but I liked that I was in a conjoined room. The staff was very friendly especially Courtney. From our first day until check out she was there to assist. She was kind to my dogs. One night the tables in the pool area were all taken. I asked her to accommodate us. She pulled out tables and chairs for us to sit outside the...

”This hotel was a wonderful home away for a week. It is immaculate. Very attentive staff. The underground parking was such a welcome surprise during a snowstorm. Pool is clean, great hot tub and fitness. Proximity to a fantastic restaurant and grocery. ”

”Was stuck in Minneapolis due to flight cancelations. Had to make a quick reservation. The price was very reasonable, the staff very friendly and professional. The property very clean and the location was ideal. We had shuttle service to and from the airport. ”

”The location was very convenient for walking to the Mall of America. They also offer a 4 a.m. airport shuttle, which not all hotels provide, and that was a huge plus for us. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, giving us useful information before our flight. Having a TGI Friday’s right next door was another bonus. We will definitely be making reservations to stay here again for future flights.”

”Property needs some attention. Loose faucets and door handles. Broken hair dryer. Lacking cleanliness…Hair in shower. Coffee pot had missing parts. ”

”The location wasn't great, but close enough to mpls and included a pool and waffle breakfast. The room view is construction and a bright gas station sign shinning in the window at night but the room was clean. You can tell the building is older but the staff was kind and helpful. Be careful coming into the only entrance (construction) because there's a curb unmarked and I ran it over at night. This is a good place for a pitstop. ”

”We had an early flight to catch, and were told by the front desk attendant that even though that was the case, “grab n go” bagged breakfasts would be available. That was not the case. Nothing was made available. The carpet in our room was torn/cut out in the closet area, as well. I expected better. ”

”The pillow case was not clean and and hair on the bed. we requested another one they were not helpful.”
