”Simply the best there is. The facility is beautiful and insulated unkept, but the real treasure are the owners and the staff. JP gets a special mention - he’s awesome. We’ve tried everywhere as we’re in Johannesburg often - but for the past few years we go straight here. ”

”Upon arrival, the staff greeted us by saying, “Welcome Home”. I have never received such a warm reception of hospitality by a hotel. The dinner, the rooms, the staff, the jazz brunch, and the tour, were amazing!! I am already planning my next stay. My only regret, is wishing I knew about the hotel sooner. ”

”Quiet location yet a few minutes walk to Rosebank Mall. The in-house restaurant has great food and wine. Breakfast was also good. Liked the turndown service as well. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”Great walkable from the shopping area and because of the parking included you don’t have to pay to park in the mall.
I didn’t eat onsite as so can’t review the food. Staff were friendly and the place is fairly modern and of a decent standard. Would stay again”

”A pleasant stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Location was very convenient for my solo travels. Traveling solo and to stay safe in Johannesburg is quite a challenge it seems. Rosebank Gautrain station and city sightseeing bus are just out of the front door. ”

”Foxwood House is a historic building with the main house and several out buildings. I had originally booked Coach House. we arrived in the dark (cause it sets early here) and basically just unpacked, exhausted from long flight.
TV was not working so the manager moved us to Onze Emmie suite. WOW loved it. had a lovely patio we enjoyed. large room, large bathroom.the surrounding area is very wild with flowers and vines and walking paths. I'm sure people could find fault with it but I loved the 2...
