”Although Le Clos du Jas served merely as a pit stop in France (we were returning to Lisbon from Marseille), we would definitely stay again if/when we return to this region.
Having stayed along the coast in Cassis and La Ciotat a few days prior, we enjoyed the inland drive of the National route which provided different views of the French countryside of Aubagne and Allauch.

”What a great property! The building is newly renovated with fantastic common areas, inside and out, as well as free coffee (wide selection), chocolate/milk, and tea. The family room was spacious, with a great shower and separate toilet room. The street is residential, so quiet, and the hotel is near neighborhoods with lots of dining and shopping options. The host was efficient and friendly. We will definitely recommend to friends and return should we be in Marseilles again. ”
”Deuxième séjour et toujours exceptionnel. Nous étions deux et, en fait, on a une suite de 50 m2 quatre étoiles dans n’importe quel hôtel… pour le prix d’une chambre de 20 m2 dans un hôtel classique.

Luca at the concierge was truly hospitable. He gave great recommendations and was always willing to help. Genuinely friendl and sincere. More concierges should give service like him. Lea at the reception was also quite friendly and welcoming. We appreciated her.

”Ikkunasta hieno maisema satamaan. Sijainti erinomainen ja julkisen liikenteen pysäkit ihan vieressä. Samoin vesibussi jos lähtee IFfin saarelle. Huone pieni, mutta siisti. Pieni koko ei sinällään haittaa, mutta sängyn päädyn ja seinän välistä kulkeminen hankalaa. Sänky ja tyyny hyvät. Aamupalalla sai appelsiinimehua kun leikkeli appelsiinit ja mehukoneella pusersi itse. Niille, jotka eivät jaksa pelleillä aamulla, voisi olla ihan mehua kannussa tarjolla.
