The person who greeted us was PHENOMENAL. Polite. Professional. Kind. And went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The property could use some maintenance and cosmetic updates to adjust for the cost. Or lower the cost. However, the staff made up for some of that!

A really great hotel right next to restaurants and only 10 mins from the ski mountain. Quiet and clean.

Average hotel, lots of snowmobilers
I would say this place is average. I think they may be in the process of upgrading the rooms, and maybe not all of them are finished? Not positive though. Wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off in spots and there was some mold, no fan in bathroom. Good sized refrigerator, coffee maker and coffee, but no microwave. The king sized bed was very comfortable, no heavy blanket or comforter available I'm the room, just the sheet and a lighter blanket. The staff we interacted with were very friendly. We didn't get a chance to use the pool so I can't say anything about that. We booked this trip last minute just a few days ahead of time, and there was no snow, then there was a snowstorm, so there was an overabundance of snowmobilers in the area and staying at this hotel. You could easily tell these people are catered to over other guests, and I have to assume this happens at most hotels this time of year. The price was right for what we needed for our last minute one night stay, not sure if I would stay here again.

We did not make our reservation due to an unforeseen car accident on the way. When we contacted for a rein check we were denied by hotel management.. poor management

I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune Paul. I've looked back at your reservation, and I see you were in fact a no show but there was no communication from you stating that you were unable to make it so your room was in fact held for you all night. I'm sorry our hotel does not give refunds on no-show reservations.

The staff are like family, very friendly and helpful; pool is always the perfect temperature unlike all the rest in town.

Property was not truthful about breakfast only had coffee and a packet of hot coco, was no one there the entire time of staying got their no smoking room was filled with smoke couldn’t breath, thankfully someone was cleaning got them to call someone and got a new room, did not like that the key was just tapped onto the office door someone could have just went into my room and no one would ever know, but just very upset about the breakfast and just felt like no one cared to help

Hi Bobby, I do apologize for the issue with your rooms. Unfortunately like so many other places are very short staffed, so we do have to do contactless check in during off times. However, we do have staff on property 24 hours in case of any issues that may arise throughout your stay. Our keys are also very closely monitored and are only valid throughout your stay. I have looked over amenities on here and all I see advertised is coffee and tea in common areas. I don't see where is says breakfast. Again, I apologize for your disappointment.

I'm sorry you had to walk outside. On your next stay if you choose a room with 2 double beds those are in the hotel section where you can just walk down the hall to get to your room. Thank you for staying with us!

Cute little lodge
Very cute lodge in a quaint town. Booked a hotel room for one night with the family. We had a blast at the pool! Reasonably priced and very clean.

Nothing fancy but clean and plenty of hot water. Owner(?) was friendly. Short staffed so no one to check us out in the morning. Overall a decent place to stay. We would stay again.

Room smelled of mold, was cold. There was no staff to check out. The only thing the staff did when I checked in was to threaten me how much it would cost me if I smoked in the room or stoled something in the room

Defintely not worth your time, money or effort.
This hotel has claimed in the past that they've performed upgrades. They must have been decades ago as the condition of the room we were in was abhorabole. The heaters look to have all leaked at some time as there is mold and rotten boards behind each of them. Trim around the bathroom door is log gone, leaving gaps all around the door. Door hardware is lose and barely works. Of the 2 windows that could open, neither had a lock that worked. And the carpet smelled so bad that they had to put air freshener in the rooms. Which gave my wife a massive headache. I will not stay here again. That's guaranteed.

Room was cold upon check-in, 55 degrees but did warm up eventually when we raised thermostat. There for a brief overnight stay so it met our needs.
