”2/10 - Not worth the 5-star label Food was a major letdown across all three meals — cheap, clearly deep-frozen quality for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks at the pool bar were watered down. The room had a bug problem, unsurprising given there were no screens on the windows or doors. Common areas (lobby, pool, and beach sections) had visibly dirty couches and armchairs, and the restaurant furniture was only half-heartedly cleaned. In the room, the shower floor's angle meant water leaked...

”Great hotel in a lovely location, amazing views, with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and a good size, and was lovely to have the large balcony. It’s also not a really big hotel (compared to some others) so felt nice not having lots of guests around (even though the hotel was full). Would be nice to maybe have a a buffet option for dinner, otherwise the food was very good. We will definitely be back!”

”The hotel was really a gorgeous stay and. very clean, the beaches and restaurants were great. We were disappointed however with the accommodations and help from staff. Every request we had felt like we were a bother, although on the room service menu. We requested an extra pillow two days in a row and it never came. I will say valet workers/drivers were very nice and helpful, however overall this did not feel like a 5 star stay.”

”The hotel beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at during our time in Greece. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. One of dining staff brought me a frappe (no charge!) and they upgraded our room to ocean front view. Comfy beds. The beach was lovely as well as the quick food/drink service. However, you should get out to claim your umbrella/loungers early by 9:30am the latest to be on the safe side as it fills up! We only stayed two...
