Thézan les beziers, 10 minutes from Beziers and 15 minutes from the sea, this villa on the heights is equipped with a private swimming pool, a private spa, a bowling alley, garden furniture, shaded dining table under its pergola...... enough to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.



The interior will please you with a spacious living room / equipped kitchen with chic country notes, two modern shower rooms, separate toilets, laundry room and 4 beautiful bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 adults and two babies!

This house is full of surprises on request we can add two additional bedrooms with bathroom and toilet adjoining the villa because we have enlarged the capacity.
We can therefore accommodate 8 people in the accommodation.



All baby equipment is available. We are equipped on request with two travel cots, one of which is very suitable for newborns.
A classic combelle high chair with cover and two booster seats, a babycook for purees and adapted crockery.
A baby bath with bath bouncer if necessary, a bath chair, toys, children's books.....in short the house is baby friendly
