âWe needed a one night stay near Geneva as we were coming from Italy over the Alps through Simplon pass and had a flight next afternoon.
In Geneva everything was very expensive so we tought stop in Evian as it is only 40km from Geneva and a short drive away from airport.
The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English.
The room was clean and quite large. We booked a room with double bed - the other bed was 140cm wide and th eother one was 90cm.
The breakfast was also very good....
âConvenient room with tiny kitchen and all necessary equipments. We stayed 3 nights and room was never cleaned or toilet paper refilled.
Wifi was nonexistent.
Easy parking in front of the door and calm surroundings.â
âWhat a pleasant 14 night stay in La Verniaz! The location is perfect if you have a car. The funicular is only 200 meters away from hotel and it takes you down and back very easily.
The swimming pool was big enough for proper swimming. The room was really big and the balcon too. Extra points for large flat-tv! The staff was wonderfully helpful and nice! Great stay at this very french style hotel.â

Huone oli varattu ja maksettu kolmelle hengelle, mutta huoneessa oli vain kaksi juomalasia ja kaksi kuppia. LisĂ€ksi huoneessa oli pölyĂ€ sekĂ€ pöydillĂ€ ettĂ€ lattialla. Parveke oli likainen â siellĂ€ oli mm. linnunkakkaa, ja hotellin poistoilmat puhalsivat suoraan parvekkeelle tehden oleskelusta epĂ€miellyttĂ€vÀÀ.
Suihkussa suihkuseinÀn lasiovi ei sulkeutunut kunnolla, koska saranat olivat löystyneet ja ovi oli vinossa. Oven sulkeminen vaati varovaisuutta, jotta se ei rikkoutuisi.
