Th staff got us the necessary rooms and even put our luggages in storage overnight! Room was pretty clean n comfortable. ”The location and free shuttle bus were good. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were great. It's worth trying the French fries in the restaurant. They were on point. On the downside, I have to say that the shower was completely out of soap and both coffee cups were dirty. You can hear in the room, when airplanes are landing and takeoff, but that's part of the deal when it's an airport hotel. :)”

When I requested to switch to a two-bed room, I was told this is the last room they have. I requested to add a roller bed. They added extra $20/night charge. However the service was not as expected: I was brought to the storage and given a roller bed. I have to push it into the elevator down to the ground floor...
