”Very clean, friendly and helpful staff!”

”The only thing lacking was a mirror in the room. Bathroom had the only mirror in the handicap room. Difficult to get dress without a full length mirror.”

”The property was beautiful. The area around it was beautiful, too. Our room smelled good the minute we entered it. Breakfast was yummy- the bacon was awesome. The fruit was plentiful and fresh. Staff was very friendly. We would love to stay here again.”

”Freezing pool, dirty towels, no real blinds so flood lights were blinding, no drain stoppers, flickering lights, super small trash cans, smells like cigarettes and wet dog, and stains on the comforter. The only decent thing was the main staff guy and the breakfast was alright. The orange juice and apple juice were out of order one of the days and the hot water for tea barely came out. I would not stay there again even if I was bribed.”

”It’s a great place to stay if you just wanna sleep. Stayed overnight. The staff was very sweet and very professional. The room was OK. I had to go down and ask for soap. Also, the pool, which is one of the reasons why I booked this event was filthy and closed out of order with no notice. No one said anything about the pool being closed it should be on there post that it’s out of order rather than one of the amenities.. other than that it was a nice day stayed overnight no issues. ”We have stayed here multiple times due to the proximity to downtown Franklin. It is a nice, new hotel which is very clean and quiet. We love the Tru brand for it's modern, well-thought-out rooms that have everything you need in a perfect layout. We especially love the lobby where there is plenty of space to work, socialize, or play games. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are always very helpful. ”

”We stayed here for a cheerleading competition and honestly had a great experience. The room was clean, the grounds were well kept, and the pool was nice and clean too (which is a big deal when you’ve got kids). Breakfast was a win — plenty of options, so nobody was stuck eating something they didn’t want. The on-site playground was a huge bonus for us and kept the kids entertained without having to go anywhere else. The price was fair for everything you get, and the location couldn’t have worked...
