Nestled on 240 private acres, this spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bath home is the perfect destination for family gatherings, group retreats, outdoor adventures, and year-round Northern Michigan fun. With occupancy for up to 16 guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out comfortably.



Explore miles of private trails right on the property for walking, hiking, biking, and four-wheeling. During the winter season, the road transforms into a snowmobile trail for direct trail access and endless winter adventure. After a day outdoors, gather around the large fire pit, fire up the grill, or cozy up beside the beautiful wood-burning stone fireplace surrounded by classic Up North décor and mounted wildlife accents.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for large groups, while the spacious layout offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for every guest. Bedroom 1 features a king bed. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and two twin beds. Bedroom 3 offers a full bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Bedroom 5 includes a queen bed and a twin bed, while Bedroom 6 features both a king and queen bed — providing flexible accommodations for families, friends, and large groups. There is also partial A/C throughout the home.
