”The location is magnificent, there are no other words for it. The apartment itself however is run down. A lot of things are broken or nearly broken (bed, shower, gate to lake and fridge/freezer). If one pays more than € 400,- a night one could expect a level of comfort which this apartment does NOT provide!”

”We thought this appartment was in a great location, easy safe parking, lift to make a 1st floor appartment user friendly. I read comments about road noise before we went and yes there is road noise because you are so close to the lake and that is where people drive. It`s well worth the small inconvenience. The veiw from the room is spectacular. We took our dog and the place was ideal. It is really busy closer to Annecy but Duingit is less so and a great place to base yourself when exploring the...

”Très bien situé car un Auchan juste à côté. Maison agréable par la piscine, la terrasse et l'intérieur super beau . Belle décoration.....beaucoup de goût. Par contre sur le ménage ça serait bien que le propriétaire fasse le tour avant l'arrivée des nouveaux loueurs.”

”Très bon emplacement par rapport au lac. 3 étoiles seulement car literie moyenne et surtout et nous y tenons sur toutes les locations où nous allons d avoir une vaisselle propre er là nous avons relavé beaucoup de couverts, des assiettes et des poêles....qui n étaient vraiment pas propres et cela n est pas difficile à regarder avant l arrivée des locataires. Enfin ce qui est bon également à savoir c'est qu après 17h avoir une place de parking est presqu impossible et trouver une autre place...

"Classy hotel, at least from 5th floor a view to the lake, not unobstructed and lake is maybe 300m away. There is unbuilt lot in front of the hotel on the other side of the street and behind that starts a park. Our room had the view, the windows (that can be opened) though are not huge. Hotel is at walking distance from the canals, for a fit person takes like 5min direct or bit more walking by the sea. Parking under the hotel tight space as usual in France, but works. Not too many places, book. Breakfast not too cheap 28eur, but good, also you can sit at the 2nd floor terrace outdoors. Same place for the restaurant (we had dinner) which was on the expensive side but nice, personnel friendly everywhere. Boulangerie inside the hotel, some people had smaller breakfast using its items. Pool, yes there is and it is heated, maybe too much even. The usual ‘I’ll sneak by towel on the sunbed at sunrise and see if you will come later’, but not too much. Obviously screaming children and the area is not that big, swim rather in the lake. We went to the pool around 4pm, but managed after all the find a sunbed, unfortunately many with towels, but towel owner elsewhere. Annecy is touristic I noticed (even in May), lake is beautiful, there are swimming places, do that. Took a 1h cruise, guy only spoke French, fell asleep. So Pelican, we paid 200eur for lake view in May, which I think was very reasonable price."
