The View at Buckeye Lake was super special to us. We celebrated the extended weekend with girl cousins. There were 9 adults and I must say there was plenty of space. We enjoyed the two propane outdoor fire pits and the hot tub. The main common areas were well decorated and the furniture is comfy and fun. We loved the two bars, one on the main living area and one downstairs, for placing refreshments in the refrigerators and having ice at hand easily. The master bath is huge and very pretty. The bath towels and beach towels were great and it good supply.A few suggestions we have is to add some serving platters for such items as appetizers, a few more dish towels would be great and good window cleaning is needed but not horrible. Overall this home is close to many activities and restaurants on the lake and provides a tranquil retreat for a group. The memories and love we shared as a family was truly remarkable and we thank you for this beautiful space.

Family birthday

Our family had a wonderful stay at The View. It was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Every detail was inviting and made the house extra special. There were many great spaces for our family to spend time together from the fire pits, screen porch, tv spaces, hot tub, game table etc. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home

Property was easy to find. The house was beautiful, lots of room inside and out. The beds were super comfortable. Towels and sheets were soft. The owners were extremely easy to work with and kept in touch with me to see how everything was going and asked if we needed anything. I highly recommend this beautiful home

Amazing host and property

We chose this home for a company upper management retreat an we could not have chose a better location. The host was amazing and the property was equally special. Incredibly clean, beautiful views of the lake, possbily the most comfortable beds any of us have ever slept in, well appointed kitchen, spa quality showers, Great rooms upstairs & down, great hot tub, 2 warm fire pits, great wifi, large modern TV's, a decked out coffee bar and a host that was always available, What more could anyone ask for in a vacation property. This was a 5 star plus experience. We will be back for sure!

Great place for our large family

This home worked really well for our family of 11. We cooked and played games and had a marvelous time in this beautiful home with places for everyone to sleep. Patrick and Linsey are very thoughtful hosts.

This house has everything you need. My family ( 10 of us with all ages of extended family) met on the lake for an extended weekend and had plenty of room The house has everything you could need and more. The attention to detail was fantastic. Will look forward to staying there again. Hosts were very accessible and gracious

Luxurious Hideaway

I never dreamed I could find the perfect property to house 12 members of our family. This was it! Owners Patrick and Lindsey were the perfect hosts and should be very proud of their accomplishments! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated with luxury everywhere. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING that might be needed before we thought of it ourselves. As promised, we were delighted to see wildlife everywhere. A family of deer even appeared one morning! This is a beautiful property with beautiful, attentive owners. We highly recommend it!

Can not say enough positive about The View at Buckeye Lake! Girls weekend of 9 adults. Spacious and luxurious inside and out, quiet secluded beautiful lot, fantastic view of the lake, and every single thing you could possibly need available (and many extras that puts it over the top!) WOW! All of the amenities, updates and extras

We had 4 adult couples and 3 babies and had the most enjoyable weekend celebrating a birthday. The house is laid out SO well to accommodate multiple families and the owners have put so much love and thought into every detail. High end furniture, soft towels, coffee bar, popcorn machine, comfortable beds with high end sheets. High end luxury showers, felt like we were staying at a boutique hotel with 10x more space. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the gorgeous lake view and is super close to Papa Boos and the Waterfront live music bar. 10/10 recommend! We will be back!!!

Faboulous Family Retreat

The house had every high end upgrades! We had 9 adults and 3 kids sleeping over and we all had room to breath. The inside main upstairs accomodated all of us and kept us cool when it was hot during the day. At night we sat in chairs that all had cup holders that swung out. Hanging in the Jacuzzi while looking at a magnificint lake was wonderful. I ended up cooking bbq, which was 3 slabs of ribs, 2 trays of chicken wings and cooked hibachi on blackstone out back. If your there in the winter tge back yard has an epic slide hill. The cutlery was cuusinart, coffe bars were a high topic for all. They thought of every detail from luxiary blankets to luxiary towels. My favorite part was the upstairs shower that was a waterfall shower and made you feel you were in a $500-700 hotel room. We also enjoyed the balconys with our supplied coffe in the am. 2 big friges, wine cooler, washer/dryer. The owners were quick to respond cared about our trip and were wonerful to work with. We higly recomend this establishment and will return.
