”Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would recommend a stay. My only “complaint “ would be that the breakfast area closes at nine, not being an early riser 10 would be nice instead. Coffee was freely available in the lobby though.”

Staff at hotel seemed very preoccupied with other work duties and not wanting to help patrons waiting in line! Why aren’t there are free upgrades anymore? We did enjoy the food at players lounge, but was so busy that staff couldn’t keep up with replenishment of even the carved meats, salads, place seemed very understaffed and things appeared unorganized! ”The pool was out of order but advertised it’s open until midnight when you call the hotel on their recording. Hallways smelled awful, like cooked food. TVs were very outdated, it looked like ants crawling on our screens . Floors were dirty also. Other than all of that, the room size was great and location you can’t beat.”

”The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas.
