”For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!”

”I loved the price of the stay, and the rooms were nice size; in addition, the staff was very friendly and more then helpful. However, the rooms were not clean, the shower had mold growing in the shower, and the floors were so disgusting I had to keep my shoes on the entire time. The price during the week is appropriate, but the price on the weekend is way too much. I would be very disappointed if I was to rent a room from there during the weekend for the amount that they're asking for. My advice...

”This hotel is nice, especially for the price. We needed an accessibility room for my husband. It was very usable for him except it had a bathtub instead of shower. It had a shower chair and plenty of handheld though. Beds were also comfortable.”

”It showed a hot tub and it didn’t have one when we showed up. As a disabled vet, this was something that I had planned on to help. Very disappointed.”

”Our stay exceeded our expectations - the room was clean, nicely decorated, and you cannot beat the view of the river right outside the windows. So peaceful, and a great location with close proximity to the downtown area of Bend. Easy instructions to get in and exit at the end of our stay, and will look to come back again next time we are visiting Bend.”

”Great location and nicely updated. Easy automated check-in process, comfortable beds, and decent breakfast. No housekeeping unless you stay for more than 5 days but I asked for a towel refresh. Overall nice place to stay.”
