”Location and service are the best. It's a stones throw away from the entrance to Sequoia Nat'l Park and a full bar is great to return to after a day of hiking. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, and restaurant breakfast and dinner were pretty good! The view over the river from the restaurant was nice. Only complaints were that previous guests left half eaten food in our dresser and a used washcloth that had not been cleaned out before we checked in, and the rooms are a little...

”Excellent!!! Our hosts tried to think of everything to make our stay comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator, a basket of snacks, dishes,and coffee and tea, We were surprised by the quality of the place. The workmanship that was put into buildin was 5 star. It is located in a great area on the side of a hill with a nice view of the mountain across the canyon. I would highly recommend this place!!!”

”The property is in an area with no service so the only thing you are reliant on is the Wi-Fi. The power generator went out on the second day and we were left with no electricity or service to make any calls. When we went to the emergency address listed in there no one opened the door. Overall very dangerous and unsafe, critters everywhere in the house.”

”We met up for the Jazz Festival. Although tucked away, this was a great place to stay, with easy access. my only reservation was the climbing up the steep stairs. ( being in the mountains, I should have known.) One of the group has cardiac problems so this was a bit difficult. Otherwise, everything was very clean and well organized. Virtually anything we needed was available. The views were unbelievable coffee on the porch was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

We had deer right there one morning and sat out there with our coffee watching them. I will point out though, the water pressure was very low and not much hot water, no back to back showers! ”We throughly enjoyed our four night stay at the Ranch River Cabin. Perfect size for the two of us. And having a full kitchen was perfect as we didn’t want to spend a fortune eating out.
