*We’d love to welcome you to our professionally renovated and decorated 4 bedroom home.
*Relax in the upscale living room on the new reclining couch with Roku TV and fibre optic wifi
* Enjoy a delicious meal in the 100% new kitchen. *Go for a stroll on the path steps away, better yet take one of the provided bikes down the scenic bike path along the river or up to the beautiful Friendship Gardens. *There are 4 bedrooms of various sizes with 4 queen beds and a twin bed. 3 of the bedrooms also have desks. *The home has 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 on the second level with an extra 2 pc. washroom upstairs.
*Enjoy a beverage under the canopy of the towering fur trees. *It is a completely independent unit with no shared spaces. *There is also a basement apartment which is completely separate and independent. Bikes are in the locked shed. There is a BBQ with table and chairs in the back yard for you. The deck and everything on it is for the basement tenant.

Slightly Disappointed
The house was very clean and modern. No hot tub was viewable from the inside of the house nor were bikes accessible. We did not utilize the back yard because the owner was sitting out there and then proceeded to mow the lawn while we were in attendance inside the house. It was difficult for us to feel comfortable leaving while he was there and knew the entrance code. He also showed up early in the morning the day we departed. Seems as if he didn’t trust us. His being there made us feel uncomfortable. And the back door is locked which is a huge safety issue if a fire were to occur. The basement is continually occupied which creeped us out. We assumed that the house was free of other occupants. We would not have rented if we would have known. We could hear a tv and see lights via the vents in the lower bedrooms. The house is very close to the airport so noise from planes was routine. A grab bar and tub mat for the shower is suggested for those with mobility issues. Also a listing of recommended restaurants and local grocery stores, along with their addresses, would be beneficial for those who are new to the area.

6 of us stayed here for 3 nights and found comfortable, clean beds in 4 bedrooms. We enjoyed the kitchen amenities and living room as our common space. Communication was thoughtful and pro-active. House as described. Thank you.

Quick Trip to Thunder Bay
We traveled with our son and our exchange student over spring break and chose to stay here for the option of separate sleeping spaces. The layout was was great, two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The house was very clean and comfortable with easy off-road parking. There is only one shower, which was a little challenging, but manageable. The fireplace was very nice. The host was easy to communicate with. Overall we had a great trip and would stay at this house again.

Nice Stay, Clean and Efficient
Layout worked well, with 2br + half bath up, 2br + full bath downstairs. Downstairs had living room with comfortable sofas, and a small eat-in kitchen (table/4 chairs). Outside had a shared yard. There is a little noise from car traffic, but the neighborhood seemed safe and convenient. Nice Indian grocery store is only a few blocks away. The provided bicycles was a nice perk: there is a really nice bike/walk path (connecting to Neebing River trail) a block away. The trail goes by the Conservatory and two small playgrounds.
