The front desk staff was so friendly and amazing. And that’s where the positives end. I’ve been doing my children’s birthday parties there for a while now. And for the last several visits the quality has declined. The rooms have writing on the walls and often are not clean. But the part that I actually was the most frustrated with was when I called to ask for help with the internet. I was told “ ya well the internet sucks in here” we couldn’t connect our devices to watch or play anything. After 4 DIFFRENT people came in and stared at the situation we were told to bad. Now, since I was obviously upset and frustrated was anything done about it ? NOPE. Not a single apology or anything was done to try and make it better.
I get that the slide is cool, but I’m done coming here. There’s other places with pools.
