”It was totally ok, a little minus from the noisy airconditioning.”

”Linda was great, checked on us prior to check in, making sure we were accommodated if being late for check in, felt very personalized. The retro decor made us feel like we were on the set of "Mad Men", its meticulously maintained, its movie star quality.”

”Lovely, charming property with plenty of character. Staff was super kind and helpful from the manager, assistant manager, down to the housekeeping staff. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. A great, relaxed stay in the desert.”

”Great location, great amenities, courteous employees.”

”1 Star — An Unacceptable Experience and a Complete Failure of Hospitality I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but rarely have I encountered such an astonishing lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service. Despite having a reservation through Expedia that we were required to pay for, we were never even allowed to check in. We spent approximately 45 minutes patiently trying to find a reasonable solution. Rather than demonstrating any willingness to resolve the...
